Are you the only councillor who can see an inch in front of his nose. I listened to about 15 minutes of this discussion and it was apparent that neither the staff or any of the councillors who spoke seemed to be aware of the seriousness of the economic frailty that Dunedin faces. And then to top it off – all they could be worried about was the language that you used in describing what I considered to be their ineptitude.
I turned the damned thing off at that point. All I can say is keep at it Lee, at least you are focused on the issued that concern ratepayers.
