DCC spending has long been out of control and often poor value in my view.

    Declare bankruptcy and sell the assets, remove the staff. Local government needs to be introduced to the rigors of bankruptcy. Share risk. Get skin in the game. As was dictated by the King of Babylon in 2250BC, an eye for an eye [Hammurabi Law].
