    Question: How far into the Dunedin City Council do the tentacles of Firebrand reach?
    Mayor last time; deputy this time. There seem to be some pretty strange services provided on the Garey campaign that look like a way of ratcheting up the bill. What does partnering with the DCC, the Economic Development Unit and the Chamber of Commerce bring in to Firebrand?
